For business travellers, simplicity is key to travel management apps – effective itinerary management, on-the-go booking, and expert support when needed. While our current CTM Mobile app meets these needs, we’ve taken it a step further to enhance the overall customer experience.

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has recently rolled out a brand new CTM Mobile app to customers in Australia and New Zealand. The new streamlined interface, the choice to connect with Lightning or local online booking tools in each region and real-time notifications on delays, cancellations, boarding status and more delivers a smoother global experience for business travellers.

CTM Mobile pulls live itinerary updates into the palm of your hand wherever your business takes you, so you can see your complete trip in one place no matter whether you booked using CTM’s Lightning, third-party online booking tools, offline with your designated travel consulting team, or even our CTM Scout chatbot.

Travellers can check the status of their flight in one tap from the itinerary page, putting them at ease or informing them to take their time in the airport lounge if there’s a short delay or change their flight quickly in-app if they need to.

Speed – Book, change or cancel your trip all on the move

Limiting the booking function to desktops hampers business travellers’ productivity and slows them down when they need to book or change travel plans on-the-go. Thanks to Scout – your AI-powered travel assistant now integrated with the CTM Mobile app – you can book, change, or cancel your trip, allowing you to see your itinerary update in real time. Need a travel expert? Thanks to our integrated chat, with just one tap it connects you directly with your designated travel consulting team, available 24/7.

Safety & security – trip disruption push alerts & single-sign-on (SSO)

Delays, cancellations and other disruptions need to be communicated to business travellers quickly and easily so their plans can be changed. When disruption strikes, CTM Mobile alerts your business travellers with instant push notifications for delays, cancellations and gate changes.

We understand that improved data security is important to our customers. CTM Mobile is included in our secure development cycle which adds security testing at each software development stage, from design to development and deployment.  With the use of SSO, we can also add another layer to safeguard customer data when booking travel.

With CTM Mobile, you can seamlessly add custom events like restaurant reservations, team meetups, and personal plans. With added reminder alerts and Google map integration, it’s easier to track of where you need to be and when, allowing you to focus on making the most of every trip.

Having to locate address information and then input it into a different app is clunky and time-consuming. Our integration with Uber streamlines this process – simply tap and go from CTM Mobile, and we’ll share the hotel or office location to get your ride faster and simpler.

Go global to get started

CTM Mobile brings a new level of simplicity and flexibility to global travel programs. CTM Mobile is already live in North America, we’re ready for take-off in Australia & New Zealand, and we’re launching in UK & Europe and Asia markets in the coming weeks. Customers can select if they wish to adopt Lightning mobile booking as part of the app in all CTM markets or a combination of third-party online booking tools to suit their existing program.

To upgrade to the new CTM Mobile app, travellers who are utilising the legacy CTM Mobile app will need to download the new app here for iOS or Android. Travellers who don’t have the CTM Mobile app can find the newest version in the Apple App Store or Google Play to download.
